A community-rooted creative studio with three years of hosting experience is transforming its East Cesar Chavez home into a permanent coffee shop and event space. According to public filings, All Good Things Studio plans to open at 2602 E. Cesar Chavez St. According to its Instagram page, the space is intended for people to work, play, move, and caffeinate.
What Now Austin reached out to the team for additional details but did not receive a response prior to publication. The project has been years in the making.
Co-founders Bay Stewart and Hannah Sexton picked up the keys to the 7,000-square-foot space in November 2024, announcing at the time a vision rooted in warmth: “Mauve, cream, brown, cobalt, chartreuse. Lived-in, collected, a place you’ll want to stay awhile,” they wrote on Instagram.
Before finalizing the buildout, they spent six months working with organizers and communities across the city to understand what people actually needed from a space like this.
“All Good Things was always meant to be a true daily-use community space: somewhere to grab coffee, move your body, meet someone new, host something meaningful, and stay awhile,” the team shared on Instagram.
