According to recent public records, a new coffee shop is headed to Dripping Springs. Set for 28485 Ranch Road 12, the project is listed as “Coffee Shop & Postal Facility” on TDLR records.
Construction records state that the “New construction of a 2900 square foot commercial building to contain a Postal facility and a coffee shop” will span 2900 SF. Completion is projected for spring 2026.
