Chick-Fil-A, the chicken-centered fast casual chain, will soon be making two major moves in Williamson County.

First, the chain will begin renovations to optimize its 13229 Ranch Road FM 620 North location, paying particular attention to its drive-thru facilities.

The project, which is expected to wrap up in December and may cost up to $600,000, is consistent with the brand’s continuing ambitions to improve the drive-thru experience. In a recent interview with Insider, Chick-Fil-A noted that they have “teams dedicated to constantly innovating and testing new ways to elevate the guest and Team Member experience and improve efficiency in the drive-thru.”

Secondly, Chick-Fil-A will be developing a third Round Rock location, according to recent reporting in Community Impact.

“While we are still early in the process, Chick-fil-A is happy to share that we are actively pursuing a new location in the Round Rock area,” a Chick-fil-A spokesperson said. “We are excited by the prospect of joining this neighborhood and hope to have the opportunity to serve new guests delicious food in an environment of genuine hospitality.”
