A local barbecue brand has a new location in the works. Good BBQ Company will open at 3519 N. RM 620 at the Lake Travis Biergarten in Hudson Bend this summer, as first reported by Community Impact.
Good BBQ Company founder Daniel Monplaisir confirmed plans for the new location in a message to What Now Austin. They are in the process of permitting and hiring for the location, with an exact opening timeline still in the works.
The local brand, which currently operates as a food trailer, offers a gathering space where “the spirit of community and the sizzle of the grill are always in the air,” according to the brand’s website.
Good BBQ Company serves Texas- and Alabama-inspired barbecue, offering various meats including brisket, pulled pork and ribs. The spot also serves their house-made Aunt Clyde’s BBQ Sauce. Sides include baked beans, creamed corn and coleslaw.
