Jersey Mike’s, the nationally ubiquitous sub shop, will soon be opening its doors at 12407 N Mopac Expressway, Suite 150-B, in Austin, according to recent public records.

The TDLR records state that the construction project will consist of “tenant finish out of a previous business tenant space into a new jersey mike’s subs restaurant”, costing an estimated $400,000 and expected to wrap up in Q1 2024.

Founded in 1956 and boasting 2310 locations, the national brand is notable for its range of sandwich options, such as hot subs that can be topped with steak, chicken, and grilled mushrooms and cold subs that can be topped with turkey, ham, prosciutto, and a variety of cheeses. Jersey Mike’s also features the enormous Giant Sub which can feed up to four people.

Corby Cronin, Director of Franchise Development, was not immediately available for comment. No opening date has yet been announced.
