Yet again, Dutch Bros shows its impressive expansion run has no signs of slowing down in the state of Texas — the brand will soon be adding yet another Austin metro location, according to recent public records. The records in question place the upcoming establishment at 10804 US Highway 290 in Manor.
As with most Dutch Bros locations which What Now Austin has reported on, it seems that maximizing traffic is key for the brand — this store in particular will be right off 290, one of the main thoroughfares between Austin and Elgin, which would almost certainly guarantee constant flow at all hours of operation. The facility will be around 950 square feet. This location in particular has an estimated cost of $650,000.
Specializing in caffeinated beverages, Dutch Bros offers a wide variety of coffee options such as cold brew, chai, hot coffees, and energy drinks. Dutch Bros also offers teas, lemonades, smoothies, and the brand’s signature dutch sodas, along with muffin tops and granola bars as snacks.
What Now Austin briefly reached out to company representatives to inquire about the upcoming location’s potential opening dates, but they were not immediately available for comment.
In the absence of an official statement, readers should note that the public records estimate construction to begin in January 2024 and end a year later, in May 2024.
Until the Manor location opens its doors, curious readers can visit several locations up and down the I-35 corridor and within Austin for a taste of the ever-more popular coffee.
