According to recent public records, a new Mexican establishment is headed to Round Rock.

The restaurant–Tortas La Hechizera–will be built at 117 Louis Henna Blvd.

Construction notes examined by What Now delineate an “interior finish-out of a new restaurant in an existing space.” The project will cost $200,000 and span around 1,295 square feet.

“Maricela Avila founder of “La Hechizera Tortas” established on May 4, 1994, in the city of Grand Prairie Texas with a clear vision to start her business, offering Mexican Antojitos to a population that in those years was not common to see or get in restaurants throughout the state of Texas,” the official website states.

“Huaraches, sopes, tlacoyos, tostadas de pata, and several other snacks, but the star product, which to this day remains the main source of income of all branches LHT, yes, we are referring to the delicious tortas.”

What Now reached out to ownership to inquire about menu and opening dates, but they were not immediately available for comment.

No opening date has been announced.
