According to recent reporting in Community Impact, Whataburger is slated to open another Georgetown location in early 2025, citing a media representative for the company said.

“The Texas chain will open its new location in the same area as the city’s upcoming H-E-B, which is expected to open in summer 2025. This will be the company’s third location in Georgetown with one restaurant off I-35 and the other at DB Wood Road and Williams Drive,” the report states.

Famous for its customizable burgers, chicken tenders, milkshakes, and breakfast options, Whataburger is a staple of Texas food culture.

Describing their values and brand identity on the company website Whataburger states “Serving it hot and fresh, 24/7. Treating our customers right. Being proud of everything we do. And never forgetting where we started. Whataburger is more than a burger chain. It is a place that feels like home to more than 50,000 employees, called Family Members, and millions of customers. It’s a brand built on pride, care, and love. It’s a place people count on in their communities.”

No exact opening date has been announced.
