According to public filings, Pivot Performance Arts, a cornerstone of Temple’s youth performing arts community, plans a new location in Temple. The studio plans to open at 707 Green Hollow Dr., with construction documents listing a completion date of August 2027.

What Now Austin reached out to a representative of the project, who confirmed the development is still in early stages and declined to share further details at this time. The potential new address sits approximately four miles from the studio’s current location at 5311 205 Loop.

Pivot Performance Arts has served Central Texas through its dance, acrobatics, and gymnastics programs for youth. The studio describes its mission as investing in the community through quality performing arts education, and has earned recognition on the competitive circuit, including World and Summit bid wins and a Summit Finalist distinction.

A larger facility on Green Hollow Drive would give the studio room to grow its class offerings and accommodate its expanding student base. As of publication, Pivot Performance Arts has not announced any plans to close its current location at 5311 205 Loop, and continues to list that address on its website and social media channels.

The Green Hollow Drive corridor sits in Temple’s rapidly developing west side, an area that has seen significant residential and commercial growth in recent years.
