Connecticut-based ramen chain Mecha Noodle Bar is bringing its popular ‘Asian soul food’ to Dedham.

The brand will open its third Boston-area location at 756 Legacy Pl in the Legacy Place shopping mall, according to the mall’s website and a report from Boston Restaurant Talk. A business search for the eatery confirms that it’s coming to Dedham.

Founded in 2013 by childhood friends and children of immigrants Richard Reyes and Tony Pham, Mecha started out in Fairfield, Connecticut. The brand has since grown to include five locations in Connecticut, two in Massachusetts (Brookline and Boston), and others in Ohio, Colorado, and Washington, DC.

Mecha’s menu blends flavors from across Asia, offering everything from Vietnamese pho to Japanese ramen. The eatery also serves bubble tea, sake, and other alcoholic beverages, along with street food-inspired bites like steamed baos and hand rolls.

What Now Boston has reached out to Mecha representatives for further details and will update this page as more information becomes available.
