The duo behind award-winning cocktail bar Daiquiris & Daisies will soon open its first stand-alone concept.
Daren Swisher and Joe Cammarata proudly present Tall Order, a neighborhood cocktail bar and restaurant slated to debut in Somerville in late 2024. The new establishment will inhabit the former Thirsty Scholar space at 70 Beacon St. Notably, Krista Kranyak of Corbett Restaurant Group brokered the sale of the space.
Tall Order promises an enticing fusion of classic and contemporary cocktails, all thoughtfully paired alongside a menu boasting modern American cuisine. Additionally, patrons can indulge in locally sourced craft beers and explore a “thoughtfully curated, value-driven wine list,” according to Cammarata.
With its vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, Tall Order isn’t your typical drinking and dining destination; Swisher and Cammarata envision the space as a community hub for everyday enjoyment, special occasions, late-night bites, and “everything in between.” The pair’s trademark attention to detail will infuse every aspect of this establishment, from the food and festivities to the drinks and decor.
