A fast-growing café chain is planning another Boston-area location.

Boston Restaurant Talk reports that Pressed Café is opening a new eatery in Dedham, with an Atlantic Retail page revealing that the café will take over the former TGI Friday’s space at 750 Providence Highway near Dedham Plaza. Recent business filings, along with the restaurant’s Google Business page, confirm the expansion.

Founded by Miri and Roi Shpindler, Pressed currently operates 11 cafés across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, including a new Woburn location, an upcoming Beverly eatery, and an expanding outpost in Burlington.

The Dedham restaurant will likely follow the brand’s all-day fast-casual formula, offering a variety of wholesome, Mediterranean-inspired bowls, burgers, panini, soups, smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, coffee, and more for dine-in, takeout, and catering.

An opening timeline for the Dedham Pressed Café has not yet been announced. When it launches, however, the new restaurant will join a mix of existing eateries in and around Dedham Plaza, including Panera, The Halal Guys, and Kelly’s Roast Beef.
