Saxbys to Open New Location in Northeastern University EXP Building

An opening date for the popular café has not yet been announced.

According to recent city permits, Saxbys is set to open a new location on the second floor of the Northeastern University EXP building at 815 Columbus Ave.

Founded by Nick Bayer in 2005, Saxbys has grown into a popular café chain with a mission to “make life better” through exceptional food, beverages, and hospitality. Today, the coffee company boasts nearly 30 locations across eight states, including an existing Massachusetts site at Boston University.

The Saxbys menu offers a diverse range of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages, seasonal specialties, and energy drinks, as well as an assortment of pastries, toasts, breakfast burritos, sandwiches, bagels, and grilled cheeses.
