CEO Randy Sharpe has officially confirmed this development, announcing that the Boston location is slated to open its doors in the first quarter of 2024. This new addition will bring the total number of SOL locations to eight. Sharpe is enthusiastic about the expansion and revealed that the Boston outpost will share the same menu as its successful New York counterpart, showcasing delectable offerings such as Grilled Spanish Octopus and Ceviche Sol.
