Cambridge‘s dining scene is about to get even hotter.

TooHot, a spicy Sichuan restaurant from the owners of Brookline’s Noah’s Kitchen, is gearing up to open in a 1,800-square-foot space at 18 Eliot St in Harvard Square, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.

Co-owner Noah Jiang, who will run the restaurant alongside his wife Han Wang, told What Now Boston they’re aiming for a June 2025 debut, with the possibility of offering takeout service even sooner.

Founded in 2020, Noah’s Kitchen is celebrated for its authentic Sichuan dishes like handmade dumplings, cumin lamb, spicy popcorn chicken, and sautéed whole fish. The couple plans to turn the heat even higher at TooHot, putting a stronger emphasis on intense spice and fermentation. The new restaurant will also serve alcohol.

Once it opens, TooHot will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with takeout available until 2 a.m. For the latest updates on the grand opening, visit the eatery’s website.
