In early 2024, What Now Boston reported that New York-based Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) would soon launch two unnamed restaurants in Boston’s Seaport District. Details about those concepts have now been announced.

According to The Boston Globe, the renowned hospitality group—led by CEO Chip Wade and Shake Shack founder Danny Meyer—will bring Ci Siamo and Daily Provisions to 200 Seaport Blvd at Commonwealth Pier. Daily Provisions is set to open in the fall of 2025, followed by Ci Siamo in the winter.

Known for its casual café fare, Daily Provisions currently boasts eight locations across New York. The Boston outpost will serve its signature crullers, sandwiches, salads, roast chicken, and coffee, along with beer and wine.

Ci Siamo, an upscale Italian eatery helmed by Chef Hillary Sterling, will expand beyond its Manhattan flagship, offering dishes like wood-fired whole trout, pizza bianca, rigatoni alla gricia, and skirt steak.
