A French luxury beauty brand is bringing its signature retail-and-spa experience to Boston’s Beacon Hill.

Sisley Paris is preparing to open its first permanent Massachusetts boutique and spa at 31-33 Charles Street, introducing its intimate “Maison Sisley” concept to the city. The company is currently targeting a mid-November 2026 opening, though the exact debut date has not yet been finalized.

Founded in 1976 by husband-and-wife duo Hubert and Isabelle d’Ornano, Sisley Paris specializes in skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products that incorporate botanical extracts using advanced research and technology. The family-run company has since grown into a global luxury beauty brand with nearly 8,000 points of sale worldwide, including at high-end retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, and Bluemercury.

Today, Isabelle remains involved in the company’s creative direction, and Sisley continues to operate as a family-led business. The brand currently has 28 Maison locations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, according to Sisley’s website.

A company representative told What Now Boston that the 892-square-foot Beacon Hill space will combine Sisley Paris’ luxury beauty offerings with a more personalized treatment experience, creating an apartment-style setting designed to feel intimate and inviting rather than like a traditional beauty counter.

The new Maison location will offer guests a more immersive way to experience the brand, with a private treatment room for signature Sisley Paris treatments and bespoke beauty consultations. The space will also feature a dedicated consultation station dedicated exclusively to Hair Rituel by Sisley, the brand’s hair care line, where guests can receive personalized recommendations and dry hair styling.

Beauty services will extend beyond skincare and hair care, with makeup applications available upon request. Following each treatment, guests will receive personalized recommendations and expert advice on how to maintain and extend the results at home.

“From Paris to Shanghai, our Maisons welcome you in exceptional settings that elevate the art of beauty treatments,” the company site states. “Relax and let go of your tension. Your skin will glow and your mind will become calm as your beauty therapist works her expert hands.”

More details about Maison Sisley Boston are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Those interested in being among the first to experience the new location can sign up through Sisley Paris to receive an official invitation ahead of the spa’s autumn debut.
