About ABM

ABM stands as a technology-focused infrastructure partner, rather than offering solely traditional facility maintenance services. The services offered include electrical and mechanical engineering, energy efficiency and microgrid solutions, janitorial services, parking and mobility management, and facility performance optimization.

The company works with airports, semiconductor plants, hospitals, and large corporate campuses where operational continuity and sustainability are essential. In recent years, ABM has focused on expanding its technical capabilities and entering specialized industrial sectors.

In December 2025, the company declared that it would acquire WGNSTAR, a company offering workforce and equipment support to the semiconductor industry. This acquisition, worth $275 million, was completed in February 2026. The acquisition strengthens ABM’s presence in high-tech manufacturing as semiconductor fabrication expands in the United States and Europe.

The company reported revenue of $2.2 billion in its fiscal first-quarter 2026 results. “ABM is off to a solid start to fiscal 2026, delivering strong organic revenue growth of 5.5% and meaningful improvement in operating cash flow and free cash flow,” said Scott Salmirs, President and Chief Executive Officer.

ABM, with over 100,000 employees globally, is focused on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic acquisitions. The business model meets the changing needs of facilities through technology, sustainability programs, and specialty engineering.
