Health inspectors reported one core violation at Triple B. Eatery during the May 16 routine inspection. No other violations were reported during the inspection, which lasted 40 minutes.

Violations Reported

The official inspection report said that a certified food protection manager certification was not available at the time of inspection. The report said that the necessary certification must be obtained within 10 days.

Follow-Up Inspection Scheduled

The Inspection report said that a follow-up inspection is scheduled to occur by May 30, 2025, to verify compliance. If the restaurant fails to resolve the violations mentioned above within the given timeframe, it may face further actions and potential permit suspension.

On May 16, 2025, the Kanawha-Charleston Health Department conducted health inspections at 11 food-serving establishments. All the establishments, except Triple B. Eatery, were able to pass the inspection without requiring a follow-up. All inspections were conducted in accordance with the 2013 FDA Food Code.
