A new Creole-inspired restaurant is coming to Summerville.

Nola’s Creole & Soul will soon welcome guests to 9770 Dorchester Rd, Suite 103. The venture is led by Marva Stevens, an entrepreneur with Medusa Entertainment, and local chef Nigel Drayton, known for his trio of Nigel’s Good Food eateries.

Although Stevens and Drayton have kept details under wraps, Nigel’s Instagram offers a sneak peek at the new space and teases a menu filled with Louisiana-style dishes and desserts. Guests can look forward to beignets, oysters, and Big Easy-inspired cocktails.

While the exact opening date is still pending, Nola’s Creole & Soul is currently seeking spirited bartenders, charming servers, talented kitchen staff, and diligent dishwashers. Interested candidates can reach out to Marva at marva@nolascreoleandsoul.com.

For opening day updates, be sure to follow Nola’s Creole & Soul on Facebook and Instagram.
