A fast-casual eatery that opened just last month in North Myrtle Beach is already planning its second location.

Spudz & Saladz founder Tim Wright, a former Jersey Mike’s Subs franchisee, has partnered with local franchisee Mao Li to open a second site, though the exact address is still to be determined.

The original Spudz & Saladz, located at 865 Hwy 17 S, celebrated its grand opening at the end of November 2024. The eatery quickly became a hit in the community, offering customizable comfort foods like loaded baked potatoes, wraps, and salad bowls.

Wright is also seeking additional franchisees to help expand the brand and “secure [a] stake in the early stages of an exciting journey to franchise success with Spudz & Saladz.”

Stay tuned for updates as the second Spudz & Saladz location takes shape in Myrtle Beach.
