Agave Side Bar, Old Town’s laid-back Southwest Tex-Mex joint, is moving from its current location in the Promenade to Old Town Dispensary’s former space at 15 Captains Cove in Bluffton. After being open for 10 years, Old Town Dispensary closed its doors earlier this month. Agave has already moved in and is expected to open by mid-February.

According to owner, Linda Belskis, the Agave team is sprucing up the inside of the store and adding foliage to the outdoor courtyard to make the space cozier.

As for the menu, they’ll continue to serve the same dishes and drinks they always have like tacos, burritos, rice bowls and margaritas, and will add new items like a chorizo burger, tostadas, tortas and fajitas.

The new space is a major upgrade for Agave, which will have a larger kitchen and nearly triple the old store’s seating capacity.
