Charleston International Airport’s dining landscape is about to get a major upgrade.

Delaware North, a global hospitality company known for managing airport concessions worldwide, is investing $6 million in revamping the food offerings at CHS, according to The Post and Courier.

Central to this transformation is the introduction of Ashley Cooper Provisions, a Delaware North proprietary concept set to replace Harvest & Grounds Coffee & Bakery in the Terminal A-B Connector.

Delaware North promises that Ashley Cooper Provisions will offer “a local vibe with an expanded footprint.” The new venue will include a 50-seat bar area overlooking the tarmac, designed to create a family-friendly “rooftop” atmosphere. Construction is already underway, with an opening slated for later this year.

This latest addition follows Delaware North’s recent projects at the airport, including the new Starbucks, which opened on July 18 in the Terminal A-B Connector, and Commonhouse Aleworks, which debuted near Gate B5 last November.

In addition to Ashley Cooper Provisions, Golden Bear Grill will be reimagined as Southern Table by local celebrity chef Kardea Brown, scheduled to open in 2025.

What Now Charleston has reached out to Delaware North for details on the menu at Ashley Cooper Provisions and will update this page as more information becomes available.
