A popular Charleston steakhouse is expanding to Savannah, with plans to open its second location next year.
Marbled & Fin, the newest concept from The Neighborhood Dining Group, redefines the traditional steakhouse with a modern take on fine dining.
The restaurant is known for its specialty cuts of beef, including wet-and dry-aged selections, and premium Australian and Japanese wagyu. Guests can also enjoy a raw bar, seafood towers, and “luxury bites” like A5 Miyazaki wagyu, crab lettuce cups, and Ora King salmon tartare. Entrées range from blackened bluefin tuna and Joyce Farms poulet rouge chicken to prime steak frites, complemented by an array of shareable sides, according to the website.

The cocktail menu features creatively named drinks such as “Don’t Just Talk About It,” made with beeswax, golden syrup, toasted almond, and black lemon; “Paradise Lost,” blending mango, passionfruit, ginger, and blood orange; and “I’ll Take Five,” a mix of guava, elderflower, verjus, and makrut lime leaf.
Marbled & Fin marks the dining group’s first steakhouse concept. The company’s portfolio also includes acclaimed restaurants such as Husk, with locations in Charleston, Nashville and Savannah, along with Minero, Delaney Oyster Bar and the James, most of which operate in Charleston and Atlanta.
The Neighborhood Dining Group was founded by David Howard in 2001. Earlier this year, Vice President Kenny Lyons stepped into the role of president, while Howard remains actively involved, focusing on business development and long-term strategy, according to The Post and Courier.
Lyons joined the company in 2013 as an assistant general manager. He later helped open Husk in Nashville before relocating to Charleston nearly a decade ago.
What Now Charleston reached out to the team regarding the expansion, however they have not yet responded.
Marbled & Fin is slated to open in early 2026. The restaurant is currently hiring for several positions, including sous chef, chef de cuisine, pastry chef, front-of-house manager, sommelier manager and bar manager.
