A New York–style food truck is bringing classic city flavors to North Charleston.

Chop Cheese Flavors, owned by Kevin Brewer, will make its debut at the T-Mobile Center, 8571 Rivers Ave., for its first stop, according to an Instagram post.

The menu features authentic bodega-style meals with playful, inventive names. Each chop cheese sandwich is stacked with ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and fries. Options include the Manhattan, Spicy Bronx, Brooklyn BBQ, Queen’s Turkey and Staten Island Honey Chipotle.

The lineup also includes New York-style breakfast sandwiches with eggs, cheese, and a choice of bacon, turkey bacon or sausage.

Loaded fries are available as a side or a standalone meal. They are topped with chopped beef, cabbage, salami, melted mozzarella, grilled onions and peppers, and finished with a house-made sauce.

Brewer also owns Candy Grape Flavors, which will be served at the food truck for a sweet treat. Standout options include blueberry, pineapple and strawberry.

An official date hasn’t been announced, but an Instagram post reads: “Chop Cheese food truck coming soon.”
