Corner Perk Cafe is setting its sights on a new location in Buckwalter.
The cafe, owned by Josh Cooke, lists “Coming Soon” on its website, marking a spot just north of the Bluffton and Buckwalter parkways.
This comes after Corner Perk Cafe closed its Port Royal location at 1628 Paris Ave., which has since been rebranded as Coast Roast Cafe. The cafe continues to serve customers at its Bluffton and Hilton Head Island locations.
Dubbed a “stylish brunch cafe,” Corner Perk Cafe features espresso drinks crafted with roasted beans, housemade syrups and signature sauces.
The team sources beans from top coffee-growing regions worldwide, following ethical practices, and roasts them on-site to bring out their unique flavors, creating a rich, aromatic cup of coffee, the website reads.
The cafe also offers a breakfast and lunch menu with burritos filled with eggs, cheese and a choice of meats or vegetables, customizable omelets and toasts. Lunch options include sandwiches, wraps, bowls and salads made with fresh produce, proteins and house-made dressings.
Menu standouts include the huevos rancheros burrito with chorizo, black beans, eggs and homemade pico de gallo; the chili-basted eggs on ciabatta with pesto aioli, bacon crumbles and chili pepper oil; and the turkey harvest salad with roasted turkey, cranberries, feta, toasted pecans and honey Dijon vinaigrette.
No official opening date has been announced. Visit the Corner Perk Cafe website and follow along on Instagram and Facebook for latest updates.
