Comfort and flavor are headed to North Myrtle Beach with the debut of Honey Barrel, a new family-owned restaurant from Sophia Luu.
Opening this fall at 228 Hwy. 17 N., the spot blends cozy charm with classic Southern flavors.
“Get ready for a one-of-a-kind experience at Honey Barrel where flavor meets comfort from sunrise to sunset! Whether you’re craving a hearty Southern breakfast or a perfectly grilled, tender steak for dinner, we’ve got something special waiting for you,” the restaurant shared on social media.
Honey Barrel’s interior features a honeycomb-inspired accent wall with a gold illuminated logo, warm wood shelving and a dark stone counter. The dining area has light wood floors, cream quilted chairs and square tables, with modern lighting, wooden beams and mounted deer heads adding a mix of contemporary and rustic design.
Honey Barrel has not announced an official opening date, but the team is aiming for October. Updates will be shared on the restaurant’s Instagram and Facebook pages.
