A popular daytime cafe is bringing its signature breakfast and brunch dishes to Myrtle Beach for the first time.

First Watch is set to open in late 2025 at 4632 Factory Stores Blvd., marking its debut in the Carolina Forest neighborhood.

Mackenzie Garrett, a public relations spokesperson for the brand, told What Now Charleston the restaurant will span about 4,500 square feet and will feature a patio, an interior bar with a total of over 150 seats and a locally inspired mural.

“Upon opening, the Carolina Forest restaurant will feature our core First Watch menu, which takes an elevated approach to traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings,” Garrett said. “All dishes are made to order using fresh ingredients in a kitchen without heat lamps, microwaves or deep fryers.”

Popular menu items include avocado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes and the signature “Million Dollar Bacon”—four slices of hardwood-smoked bacon baked with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne and a maple syrup drizzle.

They also feature a seasonal menu that “follows the position of the sun to source fresh ingredients.” Garrett said the location is expected to debut its first seasonal offerings in 2026.

The new location is expected to bring about 30 jobs to the area and will operate under the company’s “No Night Shifts Ever” policy, allowing employees to keep their evenings free. Hiring is set to begin roughly one month before opening.

While an exact opening date has not been announced, the Carolina Forest First Watch will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
