Jersey Mike’s Subs is set to become one of the six new tenants in the upcoming Publix-anchored One Nexton retail center. The eatery will be situated at 1288 Nexton Parkway in Summerville, opposite Brighton Park Boulevard. Joining the ranks in the retail center will be Catrina’s Cantina, Dulce Churros, Ice Cream and Cocktails, Woodhaven Pizza, and Naan Appetit.
Leading this venture is longtime Jersey Mike’s franchisee Ryan Delman, who already oversees more than ten locations across the Charleston area. Most recently, Delman opened a Jersey Mike’s outlet in the new Johns Island shopping center.
Jersey Mike’s is renowned for its diverse selection of both cold and hot subs, alongside kids’ meals, sides, beverages, desserts, and catering services. Since its inception in 1956, the fast-casual eatery has expanded to over 2,700 locations nationwide, with nearly 90 of them situated in South Carolina alone.
