A few months ago, there were whispers that Equal Parts Fine Spirits & Bottle Shop would be turned into a bar and eatery. Now, the news is official. Roderick Groetzinger is set to convert his former retail space at 3297 Maybank Hwy Suite 302 into Bar Copa, a Mediterranean cocktail bar and kitchen. Groetzinger plans to unveil the new concept in late March or early April 2024.

Situated beside The Natural sports bar in the recently established St. Johns Square commercial development, Bar Copa promises to bring a vibrant Mediterranean flair to the area. Spanning 1,600 square feet, the locale exudes a modern, airy ambiance complemented by an abundance of natural and woody elements.

Stay tuned for further updates as the grand opening date is finalized and menu items are revealed. Meanwhile, keep up with Bar Copa on Facebook and Instagram for the latest developments.
