A popular Myrtle Beach brunch spot known for its all-day breakfast is opening a second location.

Zeytin, owned by Umut Baris Balkis, is set to open at 3264 U.S. 17 in Murrells Inlet, according to a Facebook post.

“Something exciting is happening…We’re expanding! New branch coming soon,” the post read.

The post has already sparked significant excitement across the Horry County community.

“PERFECTION! We need a GOOOOD brunch spot on the south end!!!!,” one commenter said.

“You just made my day!” another individual added.

“Great news! We love your restaurant!” a social media user wrote.

The original location in Carolina Forest is celebrated for its authentic Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine.

The extensive breakfast menu offers a range of avocado toasts, eggs Benedict, omelets and classic favorites like pancakes, waffles and French toast. Zeytin’s chef specials include “Sujuk & Eggs,” sautéed with homemade butter and kasar cheese, and “Menemen,” a traditional dish of onions, peppers and tomatoes sautéed in olive oil with eggs mixed into a tomato sauce.

The lunch and dinner menu offers shareable plates such as hummus, tzatziki and dolma, alongside hearty entrees. Highlights include lamb chops, Iskender, a gyro platter and skewers available with chicken, lamb or beef.

Zeytin features a variety of handcrafted cocktails, including tropical and spirit-forward originals such as the Cappadocia, Caliente and Istanbul. It also offers martinis, Bloody Marys, mimosas, mojitos and mules, along with draft, bottled and canned beers, wines by the glass or bottle, mocktails, and Turkish coffee and tea.

Although Zeytin has not announced an official opening date, visit its website and follow along on Instagram and Facebook pages for updates.
