Exciting changes are underway at Port of Call – Food and Brew Hall. The downtown establishment, currently closed and remodeling, is dropping the “Hall” and transforming into a full-service restaurant, with anticipated reopening date of Feb. 10

The revamped Port of Call – Food and Brew will feature Lowcountry classics, seafood, three full bars, as well as tons of event and outdoor space. It will also serve brunch (every day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.), lunch and dinner.

For the Port of Call group, the shift to full service is all about creating an inviting atmosphere that resonates with the spirit of the Lowcountry.

“We’re going towards a Southern hospitality approach. Rather than counter service, visitors will be served at their tables, which is what we’ve found the downtown crowd, especially tourists, prefer,” said marketing manager Troy DeChenne.

Port of Call, co-owned by Thomas Berry and Ryan Kaufmann, originally opened in 2021 with several different food vendors.
