Salty Brews Cafe is slated to open in Cherry Grove this March. The new restaurant will be helmed by Heather Zanfardino, a local resident who also owns Cha House in North Myrtle Beach known for its boba tea and Vietnamese cuisine.

Currently under construction, Salty Brew plans to serve light bites like sandwiches and wraps, as well as coffee, beer, wine and mimosas. It will also feature a “sushi corner” by Chef Michael Roemhildt which will serve a variety of basic rolls like California, smoked salmon and rainbow, as well as specialty rolls like the MK which is deep fried and made with crab, salmon, tuna, cream cheese, asparagus, cucumber and dynamite topping.

Sushi prices will range from $9-$22.

Zanfardino could not be immediately reached for comment.
