A well-known sports bar that’s celebrated for its lodge-like ambiance and attractive waitstaff is set to make its Charleston debut.

According to RestaurantNews.com, Twin Peaks is scheduled to open its first Charleston location by the end of 2025. Spearheading this expansion is Josh Baltes, who recently inked a deal to establish six Twin Peaks restaurants across the southeastern United States, including in key markets like Charleston, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

“I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the Twin Peaks team,” said Baltes in a press release. “I’m looking forward to bringing the ultimate sports bar experience to more guests in the Southeast.”

With a proven track record in developing eight hotel projects for leading hospitality brands, Baltes currently serves as president of Lighthouse Hospitality Group, an authorized developer and operator for Hilton, Hyatt, Intercontinental Hotel Group, and Marriott.

Founded in 2005 in the Dallas suburb of Lewisville, Twin Peaks has grown to nearly 115 locations across the United States and Mexico. The chain is known for its selection of cold beers and freshly prepared American favorites, including hand-smashed burgers, seared-to-order steaks, and in-house smoked brisket and wings. Each Twin Peaks location features welcoming Twin Peaks Girls, scenic views, and numerous wall-to-wall TVs.

Stay tuned for further details, including the exact address and opening date, as Twin Peaks prepares to make its Charleston debut.
