Out with the old and in with the new—Winna’s Kitchen is moving into a fresh space while keeping its roots intact.

The beloved eatery is setting up shop at 507 9th Ave. in Myrtle Beach, the former home of Le Manna. But don’t worry—Winna’s isn’t leaving its longtime spot at 819 Main Street. That location, which has stood for 91 years, is undergoing a complete transformation. According to My Horry News, it’s being torn down and rebuilt.

Owner Jess Sagun presented her plans to Myrtle Beach City Council on April 8. The council approved the move, allowing Winna’s to temporarily operate from the Le Manna site. The current lease between the city and Winna’s runs for five years, with the option to renew for another five. Sagun will also have the opportunity to purchase the building at its appraised market value starting January 2027.

Sagun emphasized this is not a relocation, but an expansion. Once renovations are complete, she plans to run the Main Street location as a dinner restaurant, while the 9th Avenue space will focus on breakfast and lunch.

Winna’s breakfast and lunch menu includes lemon ricotta toast, pancakes, French toast, overnight oats, omelets, shrimp and grits, fresh salads, and sandwiches like the classic BLT. Dinner features hearty options like chicken, meat and potatoes, and weekend specials that highlight hand-rolled pasta and steak. Dessert lovers can end their meal with banana pudding or chocolate torte.

Winna’s Kitchen is set to reopen in June at its new location, while renovations continue at the original Main Street spot.
