Burtons Grill & Bar, a contemporary American restaurant in Charlotte, is getting ready to open a new location in Huntersville at 8908-A Lindholm Drive.

The restaurant will open at Birkdale Place in Spring 2025, featuring a spacious patio and private dining options, according to the company’s website. Customers can expect plenty of juicy burgers, bountiful salads, tender steaks, fresh seafood, and more, all made from scratch with wholesome, premium ingredients. Other tenants in the development include TD Bank, CHOPT, Caribou Coffee, Serotonin, and Salon Lofts.

“Our 6,085 square-foot restaurant will boast 152 interior seats in a modern yet timeless dining environment, complete with a large-scale Audubon mural & lush greenery throughout,” according to the company’s website regarding the new Huntersville location. “Sliding doors will connect the dining room to an expansive 93-seat outdoor patio offering two options for alfresco dining – a covered patio with fans, heaters, and lights & an open patio with umbrellas. The restaurant will be anchored by a 28-seat bar & offer two private dining rooms, a 32-seat corner room with direct access to the patio & a 36-seat interior room with A/V capabilities.”

This new location will join two others in North Carolina, specifically in Charlotte, at the Blakeney Town Center and the Park Road Shopping Center. While Burtons Grill & Bar also has a location in Mount Pleasant, this new Huntersville site will make this delicious food available to more people in Northern Charlotte. It will also do well within the planned multi-use and pedestrian-friendly development, which consists of a 140-room hotel, 45,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, and 210 luxury multi-family residential units.
