Dunbar Social by Topgolf Swing Suite is coming to Charlotte. It is slated to join The Ballantyne, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte, at 10000 Ballantyne Commons Parkway. Its opening is planned for this fall, according to the hotel’s website.
Dunbar Social will span a 9,200-square-foot space, offering indoor seating for 116 people with a lounge area and bar; five simulator bays that can each accommodate 10 customers; and outdoor seating for 36 people, including an outdoor bar area.
“Dunbar Social by Topgolf Swing Suite blends classic modern design with an energetic, social atmosphere-perfect for both casual outings and memorable group experiences,” the website states. “This immersive venue is ideal for team-building, friendly competition and private parties. Take your event outdoors on our scenic terrace, complete with a stylish bar top-perfect for cocktails under the Carolina sky.”
The spot will offer a chef-driven menu with local elements and signature cocktails. Further details regarding the menu have not been released yet.
Northwood Hospitality, which manages multiple hotels across the country, operates The Ballantyne, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte. They will be operating Dunbar Social at the hotel, as well.
