First Watch is planning to open a company-owned location in Friendly Center at 700 Pembroke Road in Greensboro. The spot was formerly a Qdoba.

The 4,000-square-foot location will have more than 170 seats and will feature a patio and a bar, according to a spokesperson with First Watch. It is expected to open in the fall.

The restaurant will feature the signature First Watch menu, offering elevated breakfast, brunch and lunch items. Menu highlights include Avocado Toast, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and Million Dollar Bacon.

Hours are expected to be 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.

The Florida-based brunch chain currently has one other location in Greensboro. The company, founded in 1983, has more than 570 restaurant locations across 30 states, according to the First Watch Investor Relations website.
