Sip & Brick is working toward an opening at 81 Broadway Street in Asheville, where the upcoming concept plans to combine brick-building activities with a selection of beverages, baked goods, and light bites.

According to the company’s social media channels, guests will be able to enjoy both free-building opportunities and brick kits while sipping coffee, beer, and other beverages. The concept is designed to offer a creative, social environment where visitors can build, relax, and reconnect with their inner child.

An official opening date has not yet been announced on the company’s social media platforms.

The team has been documenting the buildout journey online, regularly sharing updates with followers as the project nears completion. In a recent post, Sip & Brick said it is excited to watch the vision come together “brick by brick” as it counts down the days until guests can be welcomed through the doors.

Food offerings are expected to include locally sourced baked goods, small bites, and quick-service snacks designed to be enjoyed at build tables without disrupting the building experience. Recent social media posts have also highlighted custom brick-built beer taps and ongoing construction progress within the space.
