The developing neighborhood could soon see a new coffee shop addition.

From a recent liquor license application, the Chicago-based hospitality company looks to be pursuing space at 333 N Green Street in Fulton Market District. The concept is under the name “Infuse” right now. No opening date has been announced.

Infuse Hospitality is a group that manages restaurants, cafes and bars around the country, specializing in building spaces inside office buildings and hotels. The hospitality company has also introduced concepts like The Foyer, a coffee and craft cocktail cafe at 525 W Monroe Street.

“At Infuse Hospitality, we create custom barista cafes and bars that blend seamlessly into Class A offices, luxury residences and boutique hotels, offering premium workplace food solutions and corporate amenities,” says the description on Infuse’s website.

The application for the space is “consumption on premises – incidental activity,” so alcohol can be consumed on-site. The applicant is titled “Coffee & Tea Bar Hospitality LLC,” and multiple names are listed including CEO of Infuse, Paul Fairhead and CEO of Phoenix3 Collective Richard Schenkel. This company recently acquired controlling interest in Infuse Hospitality.

Infuse’s new concept is going on the sixth floor of the building, which also houses Sunda New Asian and SunLife Organics juice shop. This is across the street from Cafe Cremerie, as well as a Punch Bowl Social location. The building is a Sterling Bay property, a company behind many construction projects in the area.

As of now, there is no mention of the project on Infuse Hospitality’s website or the building website. What Now Chicago has reached out to the owners of Infuse and is awaiting comment.
