The Foyer, a soon-to-open all-day cafe and gathering space in Chicago’s West Loop, announced its opening date for mid June. Set to open at 525 W Monroe, The Foyer will offer a space for Chicagoans and visitors to meet, work and socialize throughout the day, centered around a high-end, Italian-inspired menu and ambiance.
“In creating The Foyer, we wanted to be intentional about the experience each guest would receive, whether they’re kicking off the day with Fairgrounds coffee or transitioning from work to leisure with drinks and bites at the bar,” said Michael Schultz, founder and chairman of Infuse Hospitality in a statement. “In today’s hybrid work landscape, all-day spaces are becoming more important than ever – they provide not only a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, but also opportunities for productivity, creativity, and social connection. By pairing that space with a high-end food and beverage program, we’re excited for guests to enjoy a truly elevated and enriching experience.”
The Foyer will offer cafe, lunch and bar menus. Cafe items feature coffee and tea from Fairgrounds Craft Coffee and Tea, alongside pastries from a local artisanal bakery and light breakfast fare. The Foyer’s lunch menu offers light bites and hearty meals, including soups, sandwiches, Italian grinders, flatbreads and bowls. Additionally, The Foyer’s bar menu will be available 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily, providing guests with a range of appetizers, small bites and a high-end cocktail, wine and beer program.
The Foyer is within close walking distance of Ogilvie Transportation Center and Union Station, and centered amongst some of Chicago’s biggest business centers and offices.
The Foyer is managed by Infuse Hospitality, an food and beverage management company committed to creating and operating best-in-class hospitality experiences around food and beverage, servicing more than 40mm square feet across North America. Alongside this opening, Infuse Hospitality continues to grow in early June with openings of Fairgrounds Craft Coffee and Tea, introducing World’s Fair by Fairgrounds in Hoffman Estates, Ill. and furthering its regional reach with the opening of Fairgrounds Elm Grove in Elm Grove, Wisc.
