According to a recent permit filed with the city of Columbus, a new restaurant is on its way to the Northwest Shopping Center on West Henderson Road. The new tenant will be Hey Broth Asian Street Food and the work will be for constructing a kitchen and making other interior improvements to house the take-out and eat-in restaurant.

Per the Ohio Secretary of State online business filing records, Hey Broth is owned by Zheng X Xu. What Now Columbus contacted Xu, who shared that the expected opening time frame for the eatery is May 2025.

Since the concept isn’t slated to open until next year, there isn’t a website or social media presence for the business at this time.
