Brassica, the Columbus-based fast-casual restaurant known for its Mediterranean-inspired bowls, salads and pita sandwiches, is expanding to Greater Cincinnati this winter. The new location will open in Symmes Township at Harper’s Station, marking the brand’s first move into the Cincinnati market.
Founded in 2015 by the Malhame family, Brassica emphasizes fresh, organic ingredients, antibiotic-free meats and house-made toppings like baba ganoush, pickled veggies and falafel. Customers can build their own meals starting with a base of hummus, greens or warm pita, then load up on colorful, flavorful toppings.
This new spot joins Brassica’s growing list of locations in Columbus and Cleveland and follows a recent investment from a growth fund associated with Chipotle, fueling the brand’s regional expansion.
Brassica is part of the Northstar Restaurant Group, also behind Northstar Cafe, and continues to attract fans for its bold flavors, stylish interiors and commitment to quality. The Symmes Township location is expected to open late this year or early 2026. For updates, visit brassicas.com.
