Chipotle Adding Another Location in Dayton Area Next Year

The fast casual eatery currently has over 3,000 locations nationwide, with three operating in the Dayton area.

According to recent reporting, Chipotle Mexican Grill has plans to open another eatery in the Dayton area at 5858 Springboro Pike in Miami Township. The Miami Township Board of Trustees approved plans for construction of the new 2,350 square foot location, to be built on an outlot between Meijer supermarket and Ohio 741, according to the article.

Miami Township Civil engineering company CESO Inc. plans to break ground this year, with the eatery slated to open in 2024, the article further detailed. 

The fast casual chain got its start in 1993 in Denver and has grown to over 3,000 locations throughout the U.S., with three currently operating in Dayton. The menu focuses on a build your own model and features burritos, bowls, salads and tacos made with a number of proteins like chicken, steak, pork and a plant-based protein.
