As first reported by Dayton Daily News, Dayton food truck and catering business Bella Sorella has announced its plans to open its first brick and mortar restaurant later this year. While an official address hasn’t been released by the business just yet, per information in the article, the establishment will be located east of Esther Price Candies in Clayton.

Bella Sorella is owned by sisters Elizabeth Corrado Weizman and Gail Corrado Okafor, and as noted on its website, some of the ingredients used to make the pizzas are grown on Elizabeth’s farm. After offering their menu of made to order pizza to the Dayton area community through their mobile wood-fired pizza trailer and catering business for over a decade, the sisters are now ready to take the next step and open a brick and mortar.

Per an Instagram post by the business, construction is expected to start on the new restaurant soon, with the anticipated opening timeframe happening late summer or early fall 2025. As detailed in the article, the restaurant is expected to be 3,500-square-feet, offering seating for around 50 guests inside as well as an additional 30 seats on its patio. And Weizman shared with What Now Columbus that in terms of the ambiance and decor, guests can expect a warm and inviting space that’s uniquely “sexy Italian women Mediterranean.”
