Ohio’s beloved scoop shop is headed to Powell. Graeter’s Ice Cream, known for its rich, French Pot–crafted ice cream and those legendary chocolate chunks, is officially planning to sweeten the scene in this Columbus suburb.
While Graeter’s has had a strong presence in the Columbus area for years, this will be its first location in Powell, giving local residents a closer way to satisfy their cravings for Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip and other fan-favorite flavors.
The new shop is set to open at 50 S. Liberty St., bringing its signature handcrafted charm to the heart of Powell’s bustling downtown. No word yet on an exact opening date, but signs of progress have already been spotted on-site.
From seasonal scoops to fresh-baked goodies, the new Graeter’s will serve up all the classics that have made the Cincinnati-based brand a Midwest icon since 1870.
