Acai bowl chain Everbowl is opening another location in Columbus at 1303 W Lane Ave in Upper Arlington, according to a recent permit filing. The permit details work to perform interior improvements to the existing building that total $220,000. The acai bowl establishment will be located in a plaza near OSU that currently has a Jersey Mike’s and Starbucks.

At present, Everbowl has over 60 locations across the U.S., with one Columbus area location currently on its website, located in Westerville The bowl chain offers a menu loaded with healthy options such as bowls made with an acai or pitaya base and topped with items like strawberries, bananas, pineapple, coconut, cocoa nibs, peanut butter, granola and chia pudding, among other refreshing ingredients.

In addition to bowls, there are also smoothies and coffee, which is sold by the cup or by the bag. Everbowl also offers something called an everwhich, the eatery’s take on a cookie sandwich, and according to its website, they’re made with “superfood ingredients” in the form of a vegan vanilla or chocolate base that serves as filling that’s sandwiched between two vegan oatmeal cookies.
