According to a recent Columbus Underground article, a new concept is coming to the Gravity development in Franklinton next spring. Prim Mason will open at 466 W State St, in a 3,000 square foot facility that is slated to have another 1,400 square feet in its patio space that will open to Gravity’s outdoor swimming pool and courtyard.
The concept is being brought to the area by Orange Umbrella Restaurants, a group with a portfolio of restaurants that includes 13 Local Cantina eateries across central Ohio, as well as The Rossi, The Go Go, Local Bar and more.
Earlier this summer, What Now Columbus shared the news that the restaurant group announced plans to open two additional locations of the patriotic pub Liberty Tavern in Polaris and Grove City, in addition to the flagship location in Powell.
According to the article, Prim Mason will have a design and cuisine that is described as being inspired by Southern California. The menu will feature bowls, salads, sandwiches, wraps and entrees, along with fresh-squeezed juices that will serve as the foundation for cocktails and other drinks.
