New Establishment Featuring Self-Pour Taps, Small Bites and Live Music Opening Near OSU

Eupouria will bring a unique nightlife experience that includes DJs, live music performances, games and two patios to Gateway-University District.

According to recent reporting, Eupouria, an establishment offering self-service beverages, small bites, games and live music is opening in the former home of World of Beer at 1568 N High St. Eupouria is being brought to Gateway-University District by Benjamin Morgan, who also owns the arcade bar Old North Arcade.

Morgan’s newest project is in a 5,000 square foot space that will feature games like darts, foosball and air hockey, plus video games like Guitar Hero in a gaming lounge. There will also be outdoor games like cornhole available on the two patios that will feature fire pits and an adult seesaw. In addition to games, Eupouria will also host DJs and other live music performers. 

When it comes to the food and beverage options at Eupouria, the 40 self-pour taps will feature a selection of beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages like nitro coffee and ginger beer. The establishment will also have bartenders on hand to make scratch signature cocktails and a limited food menu that includes small bites and shareable appetizers. 

And with numerous restaurants nearby, including fast food and local fast casual dining options, the establishment will allow guests to bring in outside food, according to information provided by Morgan. A firm opening date hasn’t been set, but Morgan is currently aiming for a late summer grand opening.
