According to a recent permit filing, a new restaurant is headed to the former home of Bon Vie at 4089 The Strand E at Easton Town Center. The space has been vacant since Bon Vie’s closure in 2020.

As detailed in reporting from earlier this year, the long empty space offers an uninhibited view of the center’s Central Park Fountain and is being renovated by Columbus-based hospitality group Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. The reporting further explains that Cameron Mitchell Restaurants plans to open a fine-dining Mediterranean concept at the former site of Bon Vie.

The hospitality group hasn’t released an opening date, menu or name for the eatery, but the group is known for its concepts that feature intricate interior design elements in their numerous restaurants across the Columbus area as well as throughout the country.
